August is National Civility Month. This observance was founded to remind the world that as human beings, we need to treat others the way we wish to be treated - with kindness, empathy and respect. Celebrating civility, encouraging connections with others,  and creating a welcoming environment at home and in the workplace, are ways to honor National Civility Month. In short, be kind to each other! National Civility Month reminds the world that these changes can help make the world a better place to live.
